Summary
When her steam finally ran out, and her engine gave in, P.I.X.A.L was expecting the state of nonexistence to swallow her whole. An inky darkness, greeting her with a large embrace that would erase her from reality. It wouldn't hold any of the fanfare that she'd heard it described as, because she knew that logically, no afterlife would greet her.
She had pushed herself too far, and paid the price as she stumbled into the monastery, clothing scorched and vision dancing. Master Wu was there, hands hovering as she twitched and stuttered, concerned yet unable to do anything to help.
At least the Preeminent was returned to the Departed Realm and Ninjago was safe once more. She had saved the city, and now, she could rest.
