Summary
A gate leading to a network of underground tunnels is discovered near Ninjago City. The ninjas venture into the darkness to see if any danger lurks below.
Unfortunately, Kai and Cole are stuck down there on their own. They have to survive in hostile conditions. To make matters worse, this place has a negative impact on Cole's condition.

Kai is jealous of Cole and Geo. Took him a while to realize, but he loves Cole, but its a little too late. Kai seems to have less of a place on the team post-merge, no one seems to need him anymore. Along with that, he isn't over the monsters he faced in the land of monsters, and they are coming back to bite him, physically and emotionally...
