Summary

When he is molded into what is desired of him, the mold breaks and he's left to pretend to be everything that he will never be.

'The police station' almost leaves his mouth but holds it on the tip of his tongue. If the boy had wanted to go to the police, none of his stalking would’ve been necessary. This conversation at three in the morning wouldn’t be necessary. Whether it’s a complete lack of trust in law enforcement or something else, he’s the only one the kid’s deemed worthy.
“Where do you want to go?” Shouta asks. “A park, or somewhere more public-”
“No,” the kid says with conviction. The fear in his voice leaves with a single word and then in the sudden silence between, it’s back. “N-Nowhere open. Nowhere public.”Series
