Rin, now out of the Grail War with the loss of her servant, is picked up by Shinji's Rider-class Servant. The reason? Purely because Rider finds her attractive, and she needs a way to replenish her mana properly after Shinji keeps on uselessly pushing her in battle. No more, no less than that. If Rin breaks in the process, so much the better for her.
