Instead of offering Kiyotaka the reality he so desperately wishes for. Mondo survival by going back in time and time again to reach this desired goal. He can’t SAVE them. He can’t SAVE his kyodai. Forced to watch Mondo die time and time again. Even faced with almost death himself. Kiyotaka starts to mentally unravel. Losing himself and becomes consumed by his guilt and overall obsession.With each previous loop, he accidentally uncovers the truth about the killing game and the mastermind Junko Enoshima. Eventually, on his millionth attempt, it led to him confronting her. Pushed by her despair narrative, he kills her, snapping in a moment of broken clarity. Kiyotaka takes her place as the new mastermind. Not to push anything but his despair. As to him, at his millionth attempt, his and Mondo's fate is unchangeable. So, he maintains the order of bloodshed he has grown to only know. Waiting for when eventually Mondo would die again, but changes he has never seen happened. Naegi is dead. Mukuro lives. What does it mean for Mondo's survival?

Summary
For his entire life, Kiyotaka has thought that romance is silly and a waste of time. Relatedly, he has always hated Valentine’s Day due to his terrible experiences with it in the past.
This Valentine’s Day is different, however. He receives a real, genuine love letter and is sent on a scavenger hunt to discover who wrote it for him. Unfortunately, he’ll have to let the poor girl down. After all, he only has eyes for a certain someone else. Someone who does not feel the same. Someone he will, devastatingly, never be able to be with.
