Nezu nodded “Well, they informed me that the mysterious vigilante ‘Emperor’ wanted to meet me after giving himself in, so how could I say no?”
Izuku closed his eyes and hummed “You don’t have any reasons to come, for starters. I’ll be the first one to say, I didn’t expect you to come.”
Nezu hummed “But after all the trouble you gave to some of my teachers, plus your age, you are an interesting case. So, why you wanted to meet me specifically?”
Izuku nodded and opened his green eyes “I want to join UA this year.”

If someone was never loved, they can't love anybody. If someone only knew hate, they can only hate the world around them. Because in a dark, quiet night, a boy who was never loved, only hated, became an emperor in his mind. In a forest of misery and pain, a single rose bloom... what a beautiful flower, with an awful smell.

Summary
In one world, Bakugo was taken captive by the Sludge Villain and All Might gave Midoriya One For All. Coincidentally, later Bakugo would ask why All Might didn't give it to HIM instead.
However, in another world, All Might DID give Bakugo One For All...but that just makes the arrogant and self-absorbed bully even more arrogant and self-absorbed than ever. And everyone is left with the consequences of All Mights foolish mistake as Bakugo spirals out of control.
