  Summary

  The Steam Team are face to face with endless radioactive rain, all caused by a nuclear plant producing more smoke than it should. We follow Andy's POV, a conductor handling a horrible mutation from being in contact of the rain, he hasn't got all the answers, but he's got a journal to write in.
