Summary
When a world is filled with people born special, does the word "Normal" have meaning anymore? When everyone is born special, born with a quirk, does that mean someone who lacks one is more, or less, special? If a Quirk makes you special, and everyone is special, then you can't call me a "Quirkless Normie", when I'm anything but normal.
Where being Quirkless doesn't mean being powerless. It means everyone is due for a culture shock, some confusing emotions, and Izuku realizes his dream of being a hero is well within his reach, even if he has to hurt again and again.
