In BOTFA Thorin says something along the lines of "We should move the treasure underground, where no one can find it." But what if the treasure he is referring to isn't the gold, but his nephews?
Something along the lines of- Thorin locks Fíli and Kíli up in the caves beneath the mountain, to keep them safe from the battle. But then, Thorin dies on the battlefield, and none of the surviving dwarves know where he had taken his nephews.
When Dain takes control of the mountain, his men find the two lost princes, chained/locked away in the caves, and the new King under the Mountain takes them as his brides to cement his claim to the throne, and the hoard.

Sometimes an omega needs the presence and comfort of others omegas and this results in all the omegas in the company curling up together in one big pile while the alphas look on fondly.
This is also how Bilbo confirms his suspicions that Ori and Kili are omegas, because different races do bond together but they can't tell the difference between alpha/omega in any race but their own. It's also how Bilbo finds out some he was sure were alphas, are actually omegas.

There's been a number of Bilbo-mpreg stories, but I'd love to see an mpreg where Bilbo impregnates Bofur, totally unaware that all male dwarves are capable of conceiving (which is why, when they want to focus on their craft, they don't take a mate at all).
Bonus #1: Bilbo finds out after he's been exiled by Thorin and is looking for Bofur during the whole battle, wanting to protect him and their baby
Bonus #2: Bofur ends up saving Thorin, Kili, and/or Fili because there's no fiercer warrior than a pregnant dwarf
Bonus #3: Thorin offers to marry Bofur in return for him saving his/Kili's/Fili's life, totally unaware that he's pregnant with Bilbo's baby, which makes Bilbo furious with jealousy
Once again, this is a mix of movie- and book-verse.

Summary
Prompt for the hobbit-kink meme (though I don't have the link any more): After the Goblin King tells the goblins to search every crevice of the dwarves and to start with the youngest, some of the goblins start to grope Fili and/or Kili.
They're out of there too fast for most of the dwarves to notice, but of course Thorin does and, on his way out, makes sure to kill those goblins in as painful a way as he can manage in so short a time.
Bonus Points if he comforts his nephew(s) later.
Double Bonus Points if one or both end up sobbing into his chest while he holds them.
Written before Desolation of Smaug came out, so is a mixture of movie- and book-verse.

Thranduil interrogates the dwarves one-by-one when they've been captured, attempting to use different techniques to get them to spill the beans about their quest. However, the stubbornness of dwarves is legendary and Thranduil isn't used to anyone defying him. Thorin freaks the hell out when he discovers what Thranduil's done to his company.
This is a mixture of book- and movie-verse and not completely compliant with either.
