    Summary

    Alec, a single parent, takes his 5 year old son to preschool for the first time. Before Alec adopted Max, his biologic parents weren't treating Max as they should and some of the scars still haven't healed. Max's teacher is no other than Magnus Bane, who makes it his goal to help Max out with his social anxiety. As time passes, Magnus and Alec grow closer and the younger one finally learns that it is okay to depend on other people.
