    Summary

The soft whisper of the waves murmured against the rocks, bumping gently against them, crashing with white foam. The endless dark blue, almost black canvas of water caught in its depths the light of the moon's yellow disk. The sea was not calm this day - a storm had recently passed.
In the midst of this slowly fading wrath of nature, on the surface of a large, black, smooth rock, could be seen a colorful figure. Reddish brown eyes, long, silky scarlet hair falling in strands to the surface of the stone like streams of blood, white skin that seemed to glow under streams of moonlight.
However, the figure was obviously not human. The creature lazily slapped the stone with its huge tail fin from time to time. A translucent, fiery red fin, as if woven from silk, with a black line along its edge. Up to his waist, ruby scales covered the graceful tail, giving way to skin only on his stomach.
The man on the rock was a merman.

    Summary

He’s never seen his Captain like this, so nervous and worried, fingers digging in like he’s afraid that Erwin would slip away if he let go. “What?”

Levi’s shifting his weight, lip caught between his teeth as he looks up at Erwin. He always has to look up— they have quite the height difference between them— but he’s craning his neck more than he needs to, eyes full of nerves. His nostrils are flaring. “You won’t leave if I show you, will you?”

“Levi,” he tenses up when Erwin strokes up and down his spine in an effort to calm and soothe— is this Levi’s first time with another man? It can’t be, and even if it was, Erwin’s never known Captain Levi to be skittish— “what are you talking about?”

Levi lets out a fretful sigh, steps back a little so that his hands can go to his belt. The clink of the buckle is loud. “Here, I’ll— I’ll just show you.”

Canonverse Eruri, Levi's first time. Read notes for more warnings.

    Summary

Sometimes, the Universe is cruel. It takes away our loved ones before we want it to, or it robs us of people before we can even meet them. It's hard to come to terms with that reality, especially for a family as prone to tragedy as the Joestars. That poor family might as well be cursed with bad luck.

But as a certain amnesiac from an alternate world believes, curses are meant to be broken. Sometimes the Universe can realize its mistakes and give its inhabitants a chance to fix things. Sometimes Heaven is kind and gives back what it's taken away.

This time, the Joestars won't waste that gift.

    Summary

Killua used to dream about Gon.

He used to think Gon would show up at the mansion, unannounced and tossing rocks at his window. Or maybe Killua would answer the phone and it would be Gon’s voice crying to him through the static, swearing the second he found Ging was the moment he realized all he ever really wanted was Killua.

    But it never happened.

Gon never came to Killua’s rescue. He never called or sent a text. He never reached out to Killua at all. And so Killua gave up. He forced himself to stop thinking about Gon. And even if he wasn’t exactly happy, he was at more peace because of it.

Fate, however, seemed to enjoy torturing Killua. Because after years of pretending he’d never heard of the name Gon Freecss, the man himself appeared in front of Killua like some sort of fever dream. But Killua knew it wasn’t a dream, because he gave up on dreams once he realized they never came true. So this person in front of him must be the real and true Gon Freecss.

Just the sight of him made Killua want to throw up.
