Summary
Before the procedure, Steve Rogers falls in love with agent Peggy Carter. He is diagnosed with Hanahaki disease, a disease in which flowers grow in his lungs and he can't stop coughing them up.
He can have a surgery that may stop the flowers from growing, but in 1943 its illegal, and may cause him to never love again.
He wants to love Peggy, and she must love him back before its too late.
But how can he stop messing up when his lungs are full of flowers that he can't stop coughing up, especially around agent Carter?
