Summary
In the aftermath of the Control Devil’s death, Public Safety is forced to hire cannibalistic ghouls to fill their ranks. A ghoul nicknamed Devil Eater is recruited to lead an investigation regarding the murders of a highschool teacher and student from an unidentified Devil attack. When she unexpectedly encounters an old friend, Devil Eater finds herself plunged into a world of dark alleyways and mysterious devils.
