It didn’t matter anyway. Jean got a new chick to sleep with nearly every weekend. Sure, men were harder to come by, but Jean had no shortage of people to entertain him. He didn’t need this adorable little blond to take interest in him. Of course, Jean remembered he probably had a boyfriend, anyway. Lucky bastard – he was beautiful.
Just as Jean was trying to remember the closest gay bar that was open on Mondays, Armin placed his to-go coffee cup in front of him. “Here you are.”
“Thanks,” Jean tried to smile. “Have a good day.”
As Jean started to walk away, Armin said “Four.”
Jean just looked at him with a raised eyebrow.
“I get off at four today.”

Jean and Armin live in a big city and are just getting their lives started. Out of college, paying off debt, and lonely as ever. Jean likes to watch the game in a sports bar with his friends, Armin likes to play boardgames at home with Mikasa. Jean's body count is in the hundreds, and Armin's is zero.
