Sure, Ground Zero isn't exactly upset over the fact that his nightly patrols aren't as villian dense as they used to be, but that doesn't mean he wanted to be assigned to some shitty rookie-level case.
Especially when said case is a mysterious, infuriatingly annoying, and damn near impossible to catch graffiti artist who has been hitting increasingly obnoxious spots in Bakugo's assigned district. Every. Single. Night.
(Or, the one where the graffiti artist who signs all their work with small, green bunny ears keeps leaving beautiful pieces of art in their wake and Bakugo can’t decide if he wants to see more of it or if he wants to arrest the asshole himself.)
