    The country of Alicante is defined by its traditions and ceremonies. For centuries, the richest country in the world has built itself on the back of the Law and the Nephilim Customs. But there is one tradition that is the most important of all. The Ascension, the search for the Real Consort, trumps every other ceremony.

    For it is not a mere competition to become the second most important person of Alicante.
