Summary
Midoriya Izuku. a seemingly normal kid that was quirkless. Hatsume Mei. an odd, but kind, girl who had a 'weak' quirk. that is, until the two meet and Izuku offers to let Mei become his partner in crime, or vigilantism. the two vigilante's named Hades and Athena are terrifying, and have no mercy. the two children, are somewhat scary, but otherwise kind and bubbly kids.
Now throw in a heaping helping of gayness, a purple haired insomniac who Izuku totally doesn't have a crush on, a pink skinned alien who Mei is very open about liking, and you have this story in a nutshell!
