Summary
Eddie recognizes the shirt Buck is wearing instantly. It’s his shirt. He remembers throwing it in the station laundry weeks ago, one of his older ones, soft from the wear. He stares for a couple of minutes
Buck notices. “You good?” he asks. His eyes catch Eddie’s.
Eddie clears his throat. “That my shirt?”
Buck glances down at it. He lifts the hem like he’s checking. “Huh. Guess it is.”
“You guess?”
Buck grins, slow and shameless. “Well, it smelled like you. Thought the universe was telling me something.”
Eddie raises an eyebrow. “Telling you what? To do my laundry?”
“No,” Buck says, and there’s a flicker of something more in his voice.
OR
Eddie thinks there's something off about the way Buck is acting, but can't put his finger on it.

“Eddie, what are we doing?” Buck asks.
Eddie doesn’t look at him. He takes a deep breath and continues to put away the plates. “Unloading the dishwasher?”
“No Eddie. You and me. What is this?” Buck says with a shake in his voice. Eddie drops the plates and finally looks at him. “We sleep together. Work together. Cuddle, hold hands. Parent a kid. Been talking about having another one.” Buck takes a breath. “I think we both know what this is. I know you wanted to take things slow. But I need to know Eddie, I need to hear you say.” Buck says and just looks at Eddie, waiting for anything.
or- Just another story about Eddie coming back from Texas, gay and in love with Buck, where they are roommates and stupid.
