“Moony,” he whispers so softly. “It hurts.” Sirius' voice breaks at the last word.
“What do you want me to do?” Remus immediately asks him, whispering. “What can I do to help?”
“Anything,” he chokes out desperately.

Sirius has a migraine, but tries to hide it from the rest. Of course Remus notices when his boyfriend is acting different. He quickly puts the pieces together and finds out what's wrong with Sirius.
Remus takes care of Sirius and does everything he can to help him.
