Before they got blown up by Korse the SCARECROW, before they were cruising around with bright red hair on a half-dead Trans AM, Party Poison was Arthur, and Arthur belonged to Battery City. He was a law abiding citizen, even if his younger brother Kyle struggled to fit in. He dutifully did his job in BL/IND, even if he sometimes questioned why they were doing what they were.
