The slums are like a canvas, painted so beautifully with all kinds of colors. The blue of the poor and homeless barely passing by, the dark green of the abandoned buildings - but most notably, the bright red of the bloodshed.
The slums have always been lawless lands, breeding grounds for criminal groups.
