Summary
Evan was far too used to the sight of dead bodies for this to bother him, but the dark red of the blood seeping into the previously untouched snow was just so enticing to him. Unsure of what that meant he quickly pulled out a handkerchief from his pocket, swiping the blood off his dagger and slipping it back into his coat.
He walked away with ease, another job done. What he didn’t know was that after he had followed Henry out of the building, a curious Barty had followed soon after, and as he had slit the throat of the old man he was just talking to moments ago, Barty stood from the stairs, watching the entire thing. What he didn’t know was that he had made the mistake of making sure there were no witnesses. What he didn’t know was that Barty didn’t plan on telling anyone anyways.

Summary
“You want me to flirt with someone in front of Lily?” Mary asked skeptically.
“Why not take it a step further and date somebody, then see her reaction to you doing all these coupley things with someone that isn’t her, it’s perfect.”
“Why would I want to string somebody along just to break up with them once I figure out what Lily thinks.” Oh he didn’t really think of that.
“Eh so what?” He shrugs, “not that big a deal.”
“That would just be cruel Barty.”
“Then just get someone to fake date you.”
