He can imagine it. Zagreus walking down the great halls of the great House of Hades, clusters of shades looking at the pink lip stains and whispering to each other: “do you see that?” “That’s Megaera’s lip color!” “Have the two of them been… you know?”
He imagined Megaera would feel pride well up in her chest. Her leaving those marks were the equivalent of an owner putting a collar on a dog: she was claiming him, showing anyone around who he belonged to. They would see those marks and know who had him, who loved him. And sweet Zagreus would be all flustered, remembering how those markings came to be, and the idea that everyone else knew as well.
Then, an idea popped into his head. A very exciting, mischievous, lovely idea.

What is Hood doing here? They had a truce. They don’t bother Hood, Hood doesn’t bother them. Dick had been-- happy. With the terms. Happy that he didn’t have to worry about finding his surviving brother broken and bleeding on the ground again. Happy that he didn’t have to watch Hood spit in the face of everything Jason believed in, happy that he can pretend that Hood never appeared in the first place. That his little brother didn’t come back so horribly, horribly wrong.
Hood’s gun shines where it points at the Clock King’s face, and Dick does his best to hold back the urge to vomit.
Dick lets out a long, slow breath, “Hood–”
Hood flinches, “Night–”
Pain explodes in his back, and his world goes white.
He wakes up in the Titans tower.
Or
Dick accidentally gets sent back five years in the past, before Jason died. It's up to him to save his little brother, and maybe learn to see him in a different light.

Summary
The ok Patrochilles AU that nobody (ha) asked for. But the author made anyways. May contain some crack.
Basically it's centered around the "A Very Nice Prince" part of the stage musical: Into the Woods. With Pat as Cinderella, Briseis as the Baker's Wife, and Achilles as the Prince. Of course there are some (probably more) changes to the characters (ex: I'm changing the prince from the musical a little)
⚠️NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE STAGE MUSICAL IS REALLY NEEDED TO ENJOY THIS (BUT some parts may seem random or out of context, if you want you can just read the summary on Wikipedia), this will not contain any major spoilers nor will it completely follow the musical's storyline (especially act II) anyways.⚠️
