Viktor makes a face, then, an almost-expression that Jayce takes a moment to clock because it’s so out of left field, so foreign in its construction. Amusement. Viktor is smirking, a odd facsimile of the way he did in his 20s when he was trying not to laugh. It has been years since Jayce has seen him laugh. He gets the impression that this version of Viktor has forgotten how.
