Summary
Set during the six months between The Lost Hero and The Son of Neptune. For the sake of this story (humor me), Percy and Annabeth never got together prior to Percy’s disappearance. Annabeth is distraught over her best friend's disappearance and lonely. Especially since the trio (Piper, Jason, and Leo) is inseparable. In denial of her emerging feelings for Piper, Annabeth tries to set Piper up with Katie Gardner (who also has a crush on Piper).

“Well,” Hermione breathed, voice rough from all the screaming and growling, “that wasn’t what I was expecting.”
The quiet snort beside her the only response Fleur could seem to manage.
“Unless that was the point.”
“Wasn’t,” the rough words reached her ears.
They lay for a moment before Hermione began laughing. She couldn’t help it. Her friends were going to give her an earful for this. She’d prided herself on her iron control and all it took was a gorgeous Alpha and she’d gone into a frenzy. Pleasure still hummed through her veins, and she couldn’t find it in herself to feel any form of shame.
