It's not a bad gig, and he likes helping people—but he'd be the first to admit that a major part of the appeal these days is getting to pick on one Bakugou Katsuki, firebrand of the Commission with the highest rate of closed cases on the books. He's so pretty that Shinsou can't help but pull his (metaphorical) pigtails, and his temper is so ugly that he's certain he'd never stand a chance if he admitted that his feelings were sincere.
And then they get put on the same case, and everything goes to shit.
