Wait what? He wasn't that young.OR
The Black family had lied about Regulus’ age to satisfy the press, since most immediate family were dead or long separated from the rest, nobody corrected the lie. In reality, Regulus was almost eleven years younger than Narcissa and was only around twelve when Draco was born, at the time being fairly close to the baby due to being housed by Lucius and Narcissa. Luckily, Draco remembers everything.
