This is a road trip. A rebellion, a revelation, or a resurrection or… A revolution. This isn’t a love story. But there’s love in it. It’s a Catastrophe of a Cathedral of a Circus. It’s from magic to meat and family to feral. Fucking like liturgy. Like devotion and destruction, dancing with death and calling it another Tuesday, beaming in the afterglow of pleasure and pain.
Waking up smeared in body oil and sticky glitter and everyone else’s sorrow, reeking of smoke and drunken laughs, and still, still, they paint their faces and go back out, as the show must go on.
And when the show begins, the Gods don’t watch, but the devils do.

There were two things that saved Snape in the aftermath of the final battle. First, that it was he who stumbled over an unconscious Harry Potter near the sticky remains of the Dark Lord, and second, that it was Remus Lupin who found him with his wand drawn, kneeling over the helpless boy, and not someone more inclined to think the worst of him...
