Summary
Inspired by the new evidence under "Retrieving Easterman". If you haven't read the 4 new documents I'd recommend them for some context but it's not completely necessary.
Written in 3rd person, the reagent is never referred to by name or described physically, so it can be read as a self-insert. I did however use feminine pronouns and adjectives when referring to them.
