Summary
Lord Smallpiece of Ashwood has a problem. His Great-Uncle Algy has gone missing... and so has his coffin. Algy is the only known non-evil vampire in the D&D universe, and he had been doing a great job as the mansion's night guard.
So Lord Smallpiece decides to hire Glodric Innkeepersson, a high-level wizard, to get him back; and Glodric can't do the job on his own, so he ropes in three friends - Kerian Pitchpipe, the most famous bard in the world; Master Reinart the Artificer, a sorcerer with a very nice line in constructs; and Lindith Nimblehands, non-affiliated cleric and inveterate multi-crafter. On the way to solving the mystery, the party, inevitably, have many adventures and meet all kinds of interesting people.
And there's even a nut roast.

After Amelia's lover persuaded her to divorce her husband so that they could marry, he changed his mind and unceremoniously dumped her for a much younger woman. Amelia decides she's not taking that lying down, so she turns up at his wedding, fully intent on making a public scene.
That doesn't go quite the way she expected, either. But this time there's some hope.
