As they held eye contact, David softly smiled, earning a grin from Roger, who approached him to run an arm along his waist, muttering a “goodbye” before heading to his room. It could be passed as a friendly gesture, Roger thought. He was scared of being too daring. David thought he wasn't daring enough. He came to a halt in front of his door and instead of entering, he turned around and headed for Roger's room.
