“What is your favourite star?” Lily asks, looking up once more.
He takes a moment to think about it, before lifting a hand to point to the night. “That one.”
“That’s Regulus.”“What about you, Moons?” James asks, his eyes don’t leave his star.
His gaze travels quickly from one star to the other, not even inspecting them before moving on. Until it stops in a particular one. “That’s the one.”
“That’s Sirius.”“You haven’t chosen yet, Lils.”
She chuckles, the beer is cold against her lips. “You both know my one and true love is the moon.”OR
Lily Evans is a future astrophysicist whose love for the moon is just a bit worrying. When watching the stars one night, she asks her best friends, James and Remus, to choose a favourite out of them all.
None of them think too much about it until, the following night, the moon and two stars are missing from the sky.
