Beside Zhuo Yichen, the Cloud Light Sword settled. The hilt pulsed, an almost unfamiliar deep blue glow within. The beam illuminates a blue so dark it was almost black. Yichen's face stayed impassive, a stark contrast against the muted light.
What could that possibly Indicate? Zhuo Yichen isn't sure if he wants to find out—but the annoying Ape certainly do.

Summary
There were some lesser whispered passing ons; one person asking the other in hushed tones about who the groom could be that he had warmed the ice beauty, another who muttered about how Zhou Yichen must have been bewitched to marry this stranger that no one in high society had ever seen or heard of before, and yet another who lamented in low sighs about how the current Lord of the Bingyi Clan must be in love with his groom to even think of marriage in the first place.
All of which were, in some ways, very true.
