Soon, the Scribe's peace becomes far too interrupted for him to ignore the problem, making it his own to solve despite Kaveh's deliberate resistance.
Of course, far be it for him to realize he may have been the problem all along. And luckily, or perhaps unluckily, the rejection Kaveh expects only spites Alhaitham to prove him wrong further.

Yuuji's repeated carelessness finally gets the better of him. He walks in on Megumi; his eyes half-lidded, long, pale fingers wrapped tight around himself, a pretty little flush over his cheeks.
Once the shock subsides, and Yuuji comes back into the moment he realizes now is a better time than any to make a move on his best friend.
It's the stupidest getting together scenario, but Yuuji's done dumber.
