Summary
After the defeat of the Selfish King and Proto Selfish, an echoing rhythm of happiness and warmth spread across Earth. At last, the people of Trump Kingdom were safe from the nightmare plaguing them for nearly hundreds of years. Peace and joy were no longer a thing of the past and the emotions are now able to free themselves and reiterate throughout society.
Overlooking a deserving victory celebration, a lone boy sat on a rooftop lost in his thoughts. He, known as the selfish boy, Ira, was experiencing conflicting feelings. Despite being a member of the opposing side (the losing side), he felt bliss at the outcome of the war. The Pretty Cure team had won—they had defeated the darkness. Meanwhile, he had nowhere to go but to return to the dreadful caverns to sleep for another one thousand years; waiting in vain for the next king of darkness to awaken. Well, he wished to never see another king again. What he wanted deep in his heart… was to stay on Earth. He wanted to stay with her.
