Summary
Knitted Souls is a series of fanzines/fan novels I wrote in the late 1990s to early 2000s. This story is (c) May 1997 LRH Balzer for artwork and stories. Updated (c) 2023. The stories are numbered and are meant to be read in order as there is an overall story line as well.
The Legacy" deals with issues raised in the 3rd season episode "Warriors" S03E01, when Incacha was killed in the loft, three Chopec warriors are abandoned in the woods, and no explanation on the episode as to how the warriors got there in the first place. My take on it all. It was originally two stories "Legacy", and "Promises in the Dark:Legacy Part 2". IMDB: "Incaaha and other members of the Chopec tribe Jim lived with in Peru come to Cascade to confront officers of the oil company that is destroying their jungle."
Any artwork is by Warren Oddsson (1958-2001). We went to high school together and he was my downstairs tenant. I miss you, dear friend. Lois

Summary
Kirk and Spock are the best of friends, to the point that people are starting to think it's a little weird.
Surely Spock can be friends in the Vulcan way, and Jim can be friends in the human way, and both can get what they need from it. Jim can have his lovers and Spock can have his secrets, so long as they both know where they stand with each other.
But when an accidental telepathic link makes Spock an unwilling spectator of Jim's sex life, it gets hard to keep up the boundaries that make their friendship work.
