Summary
Like the magus Alan Moore, Joyce Byers is well aware of the score. She’s seen how this ends: not in some transcendent singularity, but in a great devouring of the light in the screaming maw of a flower that is itself matryoshka'd in the mouth of a shadow. The abduction of Will sets into motion a chain of causality that will drag her into depths beyond the consensus reality, but she will not descend alone - others will follow her into the Outside, but this is her katabasis, and only she will solidify in the Other Place to find her son.
“Madness, in its wild, untameable words, proclaims its own meaning; in its chimeras, it utters its secret truth.” – Michel Foucault

Summary
A series dedicated to reimagining the Stranger Things canon in a way that addresses the eldritch darkness beneath smalltown Americana, and how we might stand plenitudinous in its vacuous face. It will weave in and out of canon (and space and time, of course) to tell the story. The title is a permutation of "Gravity's Rainbow," by Thomas Pynchon.
