Summary
The Grid had become a prison; one wrong move could get you derezzed. Like most, you were written to understand the danger Clu posed to every program, especially after whispers of the Purge that occurred a thousand cycles ago. Unfortunately for you, Clu had picked you out, due to your elevated knowledge of the ins and outs of repurposing from your given code, to assist with the supervision and assistance of the feared warrior, Rinzler.
Despite nervous and unsteady beginnings, you had grown a soft spot for the damaged enforcer, his discovered quiet awkwardness becoming endearing. The desire to be a shield for him grows with every additional moment spent with him, yet Clu relishes in being a thorn in your side and continues to push Rinzler past his already substantial ability.
The growing tension of resistance among a small fraction of the programs and the ever-increasing connection between Rinzler and yourself will have you decide how far you are willing to fight.
