    “That's Satoru Gojo,” she whispers.

Suguru shouldn’t be surprised. He had always known that Satoru's name was destined for great things, so it was only natural that they knew him at the university. The point is that he’s there, right in front of him, in his same class, same building, same university. Suguru thinks back to their old plans and wonders why is Satoru there, why did he choose that one to enroll in, why is he standing behind the desk already. Yet, on the spot, he can't help but ask, “Do you know Satoru?”

Shoko frowns. She forces him to take a step back and then pushes her index finger in the center of his chest, above his ribs, feeling his frantic heartbeat under the sweatshirt he is wearing. “Do you know Gojo?” she asks in return. “And you call him Satoru?”

    Summary

He told him he didn't know what to do. That part of him wanted to surrender to that mechanism of death and sacrifice and another wanted to build on his own what he dreamed of; he told him that the uncertainty was so strong that sometimes he doubted who he really was. That he felt the need to make the world understand that what they were enduring was unjust and, at the same time, to remain true to himself.

And Satoru hadn’t known what to say. Not for the first minute, not for the second, not even for the third. Time dilated and the space between them became so great that Suguru seemed to him like a dot on the horizon, one of the stars he had seen during that mission years before. Satoru had only managed to slip his fingers into the other's hair – dry, rough, almost as if he hadn't washed it for a long time – and caress his back.

Satoru had a terrible relationship with words. He struggled to find the right ones and found it much easier to act; but with Suguru so far away, raising his voice might be the only way he had to reach him.

"If I lay here," he began. Suguru looked up into his. "If I just lay here with you, would you lie with me? Would that be enough to make you forget the world out there?"

    Summary

He knew it would end that night, because the next day everything would be as it was meant to be. On the stage that was their story, Satoru was holding out his hand and inviting him to dance the last sequence of steps together; Suguru would perform a few Assemblés, get next to him and rest his own palm on the other's, casting a glance at the stalls of white seats that would soon be tinted scarlet red. Vivaldi would play his last note in the general silence, grave and final, a sentence from which they couldn't escape.

"What are we going to do tomorrow?" Satoru asked, leaving a kiss in his hair, and Suguru noticed that his lips were trembling. The hand that had been caressing him clung to his arm as if he was afraid Suguru might disappear in an instant if he didn't hold him tightly.

He wrapped his legs around the Satoru's and opened his eyes again before answering.

"We will curse each other without fears."

    Summary

Fighting against curses of any kind and coming out victorious? That hadn’t seemed like an absurd idea to him for a long time now; to change the basis of sorcerer’s society by being a teacher to the next generation? Over the years, he had come to believe that it was the only way to break that endless cycle of students forced to fight and unnecessary deaths. Suguru had grown up and changed his mind about many aspects of his life, had found the strength to retrace his steps, had faced himself, had carried out all kinds of missions through the years, and yet...
Planning a surprise-birthday-party for Satoru Gojo, the strongest, Six Eyes user, able to sense even those who didn’t have a drop of cursed energy, the person he had been in a relationshp with for ten years and to whom he had been promised for two? The same person who could detect a change in Suguru's mood by the way he curved his lips?
    Impossible.

or: Satoru's birthday is around the corner and Suguru wants to surprise him.

    Summary

Satoru was getting dressed. The dark pants of the Institute's uniform were wrapped around his legs and almost in place; he already had the blindfold on, because they had spent the night together making love and he was already feeling quite tired – it helped him not to put even more pressure on his exhausted eyes. Still, Suguru knew that the other's absence for a three-day mission would naturally lead them looking for each other, even though Satoru must have been exhausted and would have loved to sleep a bit more. With every movement he made, the warm rays coming in from the window highlighted a different part of his back, arms and neck, creating a play of chiaroscuro that Suguru wished he had the ability to paint.

    Summary

Dabi fed on silences, and Hawks searched for words. They were in a constant state of chasing and influencing each other: Dabi waiting for the night to read quietly (but standing next to Hawks, drinking in his light sounds as he slept), and Hawks learning the art of appreciating silences (but getting Dabi to talk to him, making his voice his new blood).

    Summary

It was a gray afternoon, but it was still one of the few days they were free from training and so they had decided to spend it together. The air felt heavy, and Sakusa was beginning to feel a certain kind of pressure that made him uncomfortable, as if something terrible was going to happen at any moment.
And indeed, the realization that his relationship with Atsumu had major, underlying problems was about to hit him as fast as the blink of an eye but as hard as a gunshot. And he was not ready to face that situation at all.
