Summary
She pulled Emily hard against her and felt—ironically—Emily hard against her.
And Andy held her there, their lips cruelly broken apart as Emily groaned into her mouth, though not separated so far that they could not rejoin them in a single moment, and relished in the feel of Emily's every wet quaking breath where it burned against her lips, sickeningly satisfied by the clarity in Emily's desire for her.
"I can help," she whispered, her fingers toying at the waist of Emily's skirt, salivating over what lay beneath. "It's my fault for making you like this." Slowly she dropped to her knees, the bathroom tile cold against her overheated skin. "I should probably be the one to fix it."

What do you get when you mix a scorned young woman sworn off of love, a hot emotionally constipated co-worker, the horrors of working for the devil herself and a truly egregious amount of secondary sexual hormones? Well, that is yet to be known. But Andrea Sachs is curious, horny, recently single and ever determined to find out.

Summary
Mars was the only destination that had ever mattered to Emily. Every minute, every hour, every day sacrificed for the past fifteen years was in pursuit of this, in pursuit of being named the first pilot ever to land on Martian soil.
Andy Sachs, renowned journalist and strong advocate against long-haul flights was not in Emily's plans. In fact, she was not even in NASA's plans to be apart of their five-crewed mission to Mars just nine months ago.
But where there was a desire to land, to build a base on a new planet, to find new discoveries, there was also the story behind it that the world was dying to be told and apparently, that meant Andy Sachs.
All Emily had to do, was survive a two-year long mission cohabiting with the one person that undermined her entire career trajectory. Easy enough, right?

Summary
When Andy was nine, a boy named Tommy Reyes tripped her in the cafeteria line while she was holding an entire chocolate bar, and she hated him for the rest of that year, and then some after. In fact, if you were to utter his name now, in front of forty-two-year-old Andy, she would still, with active conviction, tell you that she wholeheartedly hates Tommy. It isn't something Andy does, as a rule: hate people. She runs out of anger fast, usually with relief.
Then Benji Barnes buys Runway, Miranda leaves for good, and Emily Charlton is sitting in that chair, behind that desk now, drinking water out of Miranda's old glass like she's always belonged there. Andy hates her more than she ever hated Tommy Reyes. And unlike Tommy Reyes, Emily is forty feet away, every single day, impossible to just wait out.

Summary
Emily Charlton is the most precise operative R.U.N.W.A.Y. has ever trained. Andy Sachs is the reason she has requested a transfer three times. Together they are Set Nine, the best the agency has, and they cannot stand each other.
Their next job should be simple: break into a vault in the Swiss Alps and get out before anyone knows they were there.
Then the door seals. The comms go dead. Something gold starts falling from the ceiling.
"You're going to hate it," Andy says.
She's right.
