udelow's life had gotten painfully boring. At least, that was what he told himself while resetting tripwires and counting the seconds until someone screamed in global chat.
The Strength SMP knew him for three things trapping, trolling, and the uncanny ability to make people panic over blocks and redstone. His days blurred together in a loop of mining, gathering materials, building traps, watching them fail, and rebuilding them better. It should have been satisfying. It used to be. Saparata snorted softly, but his eyes softened as he took in the scene, Fluixon, framed by the tall grass, pointing at something small and bright like it mattered more than anything else around them. He finally took a step forward, the corners of his mouth lifting.
“Alright,” he said, closing the distance. “Show me what makes it so special.”
“Well–”
Fluixon didn’t get the chance to finish his sentence.
One second he was talking with Saparata,
And the next, the ground below him was split open, and he was falling into a pit that had banners, preventing him from placing anything down that could help him live.
“Oh my Ish– JUDELOW!”
Fluixon heard Saparata scream from above. And as much as he had bigger fish to fry, he couldn’t help but wonder who this ‘Judelow’ person was.
Well. He had no time to wonder.
He was still falling down a massive pit after all.
Life really had it for him.

Summary
It’s funny, in a fucked up way.
For as much as he hated Sharp now for breaking his trust, for destroying everything they’d built together with the press of a singular button, Jude still found himself thinking of him. He thinks he spends more time thinking about Sharp now than he did before the fact, and it makes a bitter feeling well up in his chest. There was so much Sharp had left behind when he’d betrayed Jude, and it was Jude who had to deal with the fallout now that he was gone.
Jude navigates his life on Strength post-betrayal, while wondering if Sharp's betrayal ever really changed anything between the two of them.
