Summary
After the war was over and the dust settled, Harry Potter took a year off to get his head together and decide what to do with his life. Some of his friends and family weren’t happy about that, and others adjusted. When he returned, it was with a renewed sense of purpose, and the realization that the life that had been dropped into his lap wasn’t necessarily the one he wanted. He said yes to the Auror Academy, and no to the marriage with a proper witch. In taking a different path, Harry found that while you can’t please everyone, pleasing yourself only works when you know what you’re looking for in the first place. And maybe it isn’t a proper witch, but a very improper wizard he needs after all...
