    At the age of seventeen, opera prodigy Xie Lian, known only as Taizi Dianxia, was at the height of his fame when he lost both of his parents in a freak accident, leaving him orphaned and with permanent damage to his vocal chords, a tragedy that ended his career. After eight years of silence on the whereabouts of the fallen star, rumors spread that he had emerged from seclusion and was picking up music again.
