Summary
Set after the events of Season 4.
Two major changes made are that Vecna was defeated and Eddie lived! That being said, this is a fic where there is no main ship, as I'm interested in exploring the hurt / comfort of Steve finding his place in the world after everything and the trauma he went through.
Steve returns home to his empty house for the first time in a long while and has to confront his feelings of loneliness and worthlessness in the face of normalcy.
