Summary
His face changes from confusion, to shock and then outright terror.
He absconds.
You wait until he’s gone completely before you move. You’re pretty shocked too, though you don’t show it at all. Your face is carefully blank. Inside you’re screaming.

Summary
Dazai, for all of his dislike of Chuuya seemed to be making an effort to present a friendly face, smiling back with his own glass in hand, “We never toasted to our partnership. Isn’t that something people do?” he asked.
“Maybe when they don’t feel like strangling said partner to death every day,” Chuuya growled.

Summary
A first year in high school and new to the area, Nakahara Chuuya is not popular and doing his damnedest to keep it that way. The only problem is that absurdly popular and wildly elusive first year, Dazai Osamu, has taken an interest in him. The girls at school convince Chuuya to find out who Dazai’s favorite (girl) is, but Dazai’s answer is not what anyone would've expected.
But this isn’t a lighthearted high school story, and things aren’t what they seem in the cozy seaside town of Yokohama. Dazai has a past shrouded in tragedy, and Chuuya doesn't have a past at all. When classmates begin to display supernatural abilities, solving the dark mystery of who they are may be the key to saving their friends and city.
