Summary
Having left Night City in hope of finding the cure for his Relic problem, V finds himself in a completely new city. The transition is far from painless, as the merc has to navigate the complex layers of London and its society while looking for one person who can save him.
In the meantime, Panam is leading Aldecaldos across Arizona in the hope of settling in a better place than Night City before she can join V across the ocean.
Will the legendary merc of Night City find what he is looking for, and how much will it cost him?

Panam is pregnant and desperate for answers. V hasn't been seen or heard from in weeks. When she finds out Johnny has taken over his body, she quickly goes down a path of revenge with Mitch by her side - which leads her to Goro Takemura. He's a disgraced Arasaka lackey, just as desperate to find V and clear his name. Panam will have to fight to protect Johnny, a man she hates, in order to save a man she loves. At the same time, she has to stay aware of the ulterior motives of the people around her - including Rogue and Alt. Can she set aside her anger to keep the people she loves alive?

After years of endless battles, between his past as an ex-corpo, to fighting in the war, to what he hoped would be his final fight to save himself from the Relic with Panam and the Aldecaldos, V felt he could finally have some semblance of peace as he escaped further into the desert with his new family. He held hope that they could find an alternative solution to the ever-ticking doomsday clock of his decaying body somewhere in the NUSA that wasn't the "City of Dreams".
Yet, just like an addiction he couldn't shake, V knew he wasn't done with Night City - and it wasn't done with him. But at what cost?
