Summary
The scariest part of Hanahaki is that the flower will bloom if the person believes their love is unrequited, even if it actually is.
Sunghoon has been in a relationship for 2 years now, but in recent times he is sure that Jay no longer loves him - especially with the flowers in his lungs. The news his manager brings him and their ultimate break up leads him to believe that he had been right.
Sunghoon knew he was too greedy, wanting to be part of Enhypen and with Jay was too much to ask for.
