Summary
Kohane is not a stranger to desire. For long enough, it has begged to be let free, posing as her heart, mimicking a feeling she ought to express outwardly. There is a shallow effort on her part, one that often ties a leash on that beast's throat, choking it until it suffices for her to drag them both forward. It's tiring, exhausting. If someone could see it, it'd loom in like a shadow, materializing to dare her time and time again until she has no choice but to plead for its compliance.
Kohane's heart becomes poisoned by something foreign to her.
