    "As a token of my appreciation, I extend to you one wish." The deity declares, lifting a solitary finger.

    "One wish?" Satoru repeats, seeking confirmation from the deity, who agrees.

    "Yes, anything you ask, I will deliver. There is nothing I can't give," the deity replies.

    Feigning contemplation, Satoru theatrically ponders his wish, yet deep down, he's already known the wish he wanted to ask.

    "I wish for my existence to be erased, my name forgotten by all who have known me. Let the world be free from the weight of my being. Let Suguru find genuine happiness without ever having known me."

     

    Or, just as Satoru knows Suguru with his heart and soul, Suguru recognizes Satoru's even when he's forgotten everything.

    "You don't know what you're talking about," Suguru says dismissively, his voice laced with quiet indifference and a hint of irritation. The deliberate clink of books and pens echoes in the stillness, a subtle reminder of the distance he’s putting between them. His gaze flickers toward Satoru. "And get off my desk."

    Satoru’s lips curl into a smug smile as he rolls his tongue over the lollipop hanging lazily from his mouth. Unbothered, his eyes sparkle with mischief. "Or what, Professor?"

    Gojo Satoru knew nothing about love when he started playing his game. He knew nothing of its gifts and its sorrows and its consequences. There were only two things that he was sure about: for one, he was obsessed with space, and for another, he wanted Geto Suguru to notice him.
