Summary
This is like 5 "5+1" fics in one- for five different emotions: envy, fear, anger, sadness, joy
Based off of the fact I thought these were the five emotions in Inside Out (what the hell is Disgust doing there??) and Theo's insane take in "Triggered" on people only feeling one emotion at a time. No, no, bro- that's just you. You are emotionally stunted.
So then I thought of Theo as a kid who didn't know how to understand and process emotions, and this behemoth was born.

Summary
“Thank you.” Liam says, soft, nearly a whisper, enough to draw his eyes open again, to twist a little and stare, finds the beta picking at loose threads on his bandage, face twisted in a frown even as his heart doesn’t waver. Theo watches, thoughts slow but still confused, wondering vaguely if he’s hearing things now, until Liam looks up, like someone’s pulled a puppet string to snap his neck upright, jaw set like he’s going to war, like he isn’t already. “For showing up. I’d have been dead outside that elevator if you didn’t.”
Oh, Theo thinks, wonders if the beta’s voice trembles because of the reminder of another almost or because of owing him, feeling like he has to offer up this gratitude, has to admit to another saving, has to remember ‘why do you keep trying to save me’ like Theo hasn’t been doing an excellent job of telling himself what he said in that locker room is true, is all. That he’s trying to do better, to follow Scott’s goal of ‘keeping people alive’, that he can’t see the invisible string tying him to Liam, tugging him along since he crawled out of the ground and got told ‘we need you to help us’.
Or, Obligatory 6x20 tag wherein Theo tries to bleed out and Liam wants to shake him.

Summary
It’s a bit of time later, when they’re breathless and worn out, skin tingling, that Theo feels the barest curving of Liam’s lip on the dip of his collarbone, before he rolls off the bed and away, pulling his clothes on as he goes. Theo doesn’t bother to move. He doesn’t think he could even if he wanted to.
“Guess I know my answer then.” There’s the smile again, quick and sharp, and then Liam’s gone, his scent following him, leaving Theo with pieces of him left, the feeling of those lips on his skin, the lingering smell of him.

Or, Liam and Theo enter an arrangement. Unspoken, stupid and highly impractical, but an arrangement nonetheless.

“Oh, fuck that,” Emmit says. “Some crazy hunter cult has taken over that place, you couldn’t pay me to set foot in that hell hole.”
Theo snorts. “Whatever’s happening, I’d bet on the McCall pack.”
“I wouldn’t,” Emmit says. “Apparently the cult kidnapped one of the betas, and—“
He cuts off, yelping, as Theo reaches forward and hauls him over the desk. He stares up at Theo, wide-eyed, as Theo twists his fingers just that much harder in his collar, and asks, sweet, “What beta?”
